Convivium is partners with New Ventures West, a premiere coach training school based in San Francisco, California. Under its auspices, we host Integral Development Coaching, a course designed, owned and conducted by New Ventures West. This three-day class presents the principles and methodology of integral development coaching. It provides participants an opportunity to experience being coached around a professional or personal issue. Using structured exercises, demonstrations, and practice sessions, participants explore how to evoke excellence in others using this powerful and proven methodology. This course is approved by ICF for 24 Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) units: 18 in Core Competencies and 6 in Resource Development.

Who Should Take This Course?
The course appeals to a variety of people. First, the course counts as the prerequisite for New Ventures West’s one-year Professional Coaching Course (an Accredited Coach Training Program with the International Coach Federation) as well as providing a solid foundation in the approach and core models of integral development. The course is also ideal for practitioners from other coaching schools or approaches who are ready to take their coaching to a new level. It is designed for those who are ready to develop their coaching skills and enhance and deepen their professional competence while working within their organization. And, it appeals to those who have experienced coaching and wish to learn more about how it works and how it can support their ongoing development.
